Most Americans love whipped cream that others are enjoying lathering it straight to their mouth but they don’t have a clue that it can be made at home and a cream whipper is created to help you with that. Using of cream whipper is much preferred compared to an electronic whisk because whisks mix ordinary air into the cream while cream charges use N20. N2O is a gas that is easily dissolved into fatty content such as that of cream, and it evenly spreads out the air thereby attaining the maximum volume and fluff. For desserts and floating on hot drinks, whipped cream is the best choice to add on.

Then, combine cream with the dishes. Adding of liquid cream to coffee or hot cocoa is the regular way. Liquid cream is added in a soup to have that appetizing touch to make it ideal for starters. As the base for white pastas, liquid cream is used. Liquid cream is usually best bought fresh and refrigerated then used immediately as it has a similar shelf life to that of milk. Sugar and sweeteners are mixed into cream last. This is of course most ideal for making desserts. For pies and cakes you want your cream thick so just adding sugar to taste then mixing in a bowl would suffice. Before serving your cakes and pies, simply spread the cream on the crust and creatively put some generous amount of syrup such as fudge, caramel and blueberry. If you want to sweeten whipped cream, the sugar is usually dissolved into the cream whipper and served before it is sprayed out. One just needs to be careful though – to make sure the sugar is well mixed into the cream because it can potentially clog the equipment used.
